I'm Sujeevan, an independent Mac developer in New Zealand. I built Vinaa because my AI chats were spread across different apps and browser tabs. Conversations were easy to start, then surprisingly hard to find again.

I wanted one place to chat with cloud and local models, organize conversations around the projects they belong to, and keep the history on my Mac. That idea became Vinaa.

Vinaa means "questions" in Tamil, my language. I chose the name because every AI conversation begins with a question.

I also make FileMinutes, a native Mac app for finding files faster. Both apps share the same approach: practical, private, and carefully crafted for the Mac.
